The accommodation is for 8-12 people. Everything is new and modern. The cottage is of 2020 year of construction. The warm floor is everywhere. There are 3 bedrooms with orthopedic mattresses: 1800х2000; 1600х2000, 1200х2000 — 2РСs, you can easily make the sofa longer (1800х2000) in the living-room. Sofa — 1400х2000 and foldiny bed 900×2000 — 3РСs. There is also a stove, an oven, a microwave oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine, hairdryer, dinner set, a kettle, a pan, a frying pan and so on… Internet, wi-fi, satellite, conditioner are available for you. In each bedroom there is TV.
There are 2 floors in the cottage. When you enter the hall, you see a big luxurious wardrobe, then a large bathroom with a bath for 2 persons, a shower and a toilet. You will be pleasantly surprised to see a modern, light, spacious, nicely furnished kitchen-living-room with the most up-to-date equipment and the exit to the terrace. If you go upstairs, you will see 3 cosy and comfortable bedrooms ready to accept you and a big bathroom of another design than that on the 1st floor.
 Sauna, billiards and a game-room deserve your special attention on the O. floor. The green Street with central heating, a picturesque area, a pleasant  green lawn. You will also see a pergola, the Barbecue area, chargrill, the children’s playground.
  The Closeness to Moskovsky highway, the direct way to the airport, to the sports complex Silichi. Asphalt driveway, automatic gates. Garage for 4 cars. It’s located not far from the city (I km away), near the bus stop. There is a direct bus to the nearest Metro Station Uruchye. The Supermarket Euroopt is within a walking distance. It takes you only from 5 to 10 minutes(by car, of course)to get to the Supermarkets «Corona» and «Vitalur».

  The cost of living can he calculated on the calculator below, but if we are talking about 1 adult + child up to 6 years, then=790 BYN — 7adults+2 children over 6 years+1 child under 6 years old then=1230 BYN. When ordering from two days or more you will get the discounts from 10 to 30 percent. Friday, Saturday surcharge 20-50%! On holidays, the price is higher. The sauna is paid extra!
